Miraj

The prophet’s (pbuh) night journey when he travels on the burak with the Angel Jibraeel accompanying him to Masjid Aqsa where he leads all the prophets in prayer thereafter he travels once more with the Angel Jibraeel on the burak to the seven heavens.

Each heaven has its own gate so at every gate of heaven he meets some of the great prophets to mention a few Isa, Musa, Ibrahim, Sulayman and Dawood aleyhis salam. The prophet reaches a place called sidratul muntaha and then further above that is paradise. And finally he meets Allah and is gifted with the 5 daily salaats.

The Auliya of Allah

The khutbah is about “the Auliya Of Allah”. Who are Auliya of Allah, those who believe in the Oneness of Allah and fear Allah much (abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which he has forbidden), and love Allah much (perform all kinds of good deeds which He has ordained).
