Children are separated into 4 classes (2 Girls / 2 Boys) based on age and ability (within each hourly session), as each child reads the Quran at their own pace. Children from the Quran classes have the opportunity to progress onto Hifz (memorising the Quran), if they wish to do so, subject to their ability and other factors.  We currently do not have any Hifz class as there are no students. The last student to do Hifz, did 15 spara’s before going on to University to do Medicine.

Classes are held  Monday to Friday 5 days a week  from 5.00pm to 6.00pm and from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Students can only attend one  session per day. Children are taught from the age of 5 to 17. The fee  is £5 per week if paid Monday (start of week) or £7 per week if paid late, payable every week even if the student does not attend. Please collect the application form from the Masjid or message us for a copy. Please note there is a joining / application fee of £10 payable with the completed application form, this does not include any books or clothes.

Fees are normally paid at the beginning of each week on Monday. Fees can be paid in advance and does result in discount;

Monthly – £20 (payable at beginning of the month)

Yearly – £200 (payable at beginning of the year)

Please note that children are required to bring note books, pens pencils etc. Note books can be supplied by us for 50p.
